British theologian and satirist Malcolm Muggeridge once remarked that it’s difficult being a satirist. You work so hard to put someone into a ridiculous situation, and then they go ahead and do something far stranger and dumber than anything you could have come up with. Yale undergrads provided the latest illustration of Muggeridge’s point.
